Use daily, after cleansing on both eyes and neck. Can be used morning/evening.

For the eyes, use ring fingers, gently pat a half pea sized amount on the surrounding eye area.

For the neck, apply a pea size amount to neck area and using finger tips, distribute with an upward motion.
