Mental Health Treatment Plans
At YourSkin Clinic, we understand that mental health is a vital component of your overall wellbeing. Our General Practitioners are experienced in supporting patients through mental health challenges and can assist you in developing a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan. A Mental Health Treatment Plan is a structured document that you and your GP develop together. It identifies your mental health needs, sets realistic goals for your recovery, and outlines the services and treatments required to support your health journey.
How we can help
During a dedicated consultation, your doctor will:
Listen to your history and current challenges.
Conduct a clinical assessment.
Collaborate with you to create a personalised plan of care.
Discuss appropriate referral options, such as psychologists or other mental health professionals, if required.
